Knowledge sharing session on Labour Codes

As part of IBHA’s knowledge sharing initiative, we held an event on Labour Codes on July 11, 2023. The session was led by Mr. Atul Gupta, senior partner in Trilegal’s employment practice and one of India’s foremost employment law practitioners. Mr. Gupta shared his expertise on the subject and explained the key impact of the social security code, industrial relations code, wage code and OSH code. Mr Gupta also discussed the contentious issues and intention behind implementing the codes. The industry members were enriched by an informative session and are grateful to Mr. Gupta for sharing his insights.
