IBHA and its members are committed to building a robust and respected industry that is integral to the economic growth of India and to the wellbeing of society. IBHA works in collaboration with the government, other stakeholders and its members in order to achieve this vision. The industry is focused on the empowerment of women by employing over 500,000 women as hairdressers, beauty advisors, managers and leaders.
